SPHERE 5
(VR worlds, generative system, audio visual works, video camera filters)

The SPHERE 5 works mark a phase in which virtual worlds became primary sites of experimentation. Developed across platforms such as VRChat and Sansar, these projects treat social VR not as entertainment but as architectural and cultural infrastructure.
Across installations, live events, and audiovisual works, the garden becomes a recurring structural model: an engineered environment informed by biomimicry and space age utopian design. The Arcadian ideal is revisited as a controlled system shaped by algorithmic logic, renewable energy imaginaries, and networked presence.
Proto-machines appear as infrastructural agents embedded in these environments. They resemble reactors, seeds, refineries, floral organisms, or orbital structures, yet they operate as visual metaphors for extraction, regulation, optimization, and recombination, the processes underlying digital culture and contemporary industrial systems.
The SPHERE 5 works examine how virtual platforms mediate collective experience, how sound regulates social space, and how synthetic ecologies are constructed as aesthetic responses to ecological crisis. Rather than proposing utopia, the environments stage a tension between techno-optimism and systemic control.
This body of work establishes the foundation for later developments in AVANTGARDEN by testing how digital space can function simultaneously as laboratory, playground, and speculative public architecture.

FLOWERLAB
FLOWERLAB functions as a social VR environment structured around sound and collective presence. Combining immersive world-building with live audio events, it examines how rave culture translates into networked space.
The environment stages synthetic ecologies populated by avatars and proto-machine structures. Sound operates as spatial regulator, shaping movement and proximity inside the virtual architecture. FLOWERLAB examines VRChat as a platform where identity becomes fluid and collective experience is constructed through audiovisual synchronization.

FLOWERLAB WAREHOUSE
FLOWERLAB WAREHOUSE continues this investigation in a more stripped architectural format. The world operates as an experimental zone for open-ended interaction, emphasizing user movement, avatar expression, and environmental atmosphere.
The work treats VRChat as a non-game platform, a space defined less by objectives than by improvisation and social choreography.

SPHERE5
SPHERE5 constructs a speculative ecosystem rooted in the image of the garden as controlled heterotopia. Biomimetic machines, orbital structures, and fossil-like forms populate a sandy landscape shaped by engineered balance. The project revisits techno-optimist visions of renewable energy and clean industry, examining how such imaginaries circulate within digital culture as aesthetic promise.

ULTRAMONO LAB
ULTRAMONO LAB presents a virtual laboratory in which proto-machine forms simulate processes of refinement, cultivation, and system maintenance. Rather than depicting real technological operations, the environment visualizes the cultural logic of optimization and continuous production that defines networked life.

KBANA
KBANA is a generative recomposition system built from existing digital sculptures. It rearranges archived forms into new configurations, functioning as an internal curatorial mechanism. The work examines authorship and automation, positioning algorithmic recombination as both tool and structural critique of creative labor in digital environments.

FLOWR
FLOWR explores floral morphology as algorithmic structure rather than symbolic motif. Drawing from botanical form and computational growth logic, it constructs hybrid digital organisms that blur biological reference and synthetic fabrication.
The project questions how nature becomes aestheticized and abstracted within digital production systems.

BIOS6
BIOS6 develops the concept of the meta-garden as cybernetic architecture. Proto-machines and synthetic forms populate a continuously shifting landscape structured by coexistence and system balance. The work examines techno-organic entanglement as cultural condition.

一体
一体 investigates the desire for seamless integration between human and digital systems. Through layered visuals and sound, the work stages a speculative condition of unity while exposing the seduction embedded in such promises. Rather than celebrating integration, it reflects on the tension between intimacy and control within technological culture.

LIQUID CRYSTAL PORTALS (Snapchat and TikTok filters)
LIQUID CRYSTAL PORTALS is a series of experimental AR filters extending the visual language of SPHERE 5 into mobile platforms. These works translate proto-machine objects into face-tracking environments, examining how identity is reshaped through algorithmic mediation.
