SPHERE18 is a fractal new media art installation, a sculptural work that contains other Proto-Machine sculptures, and a space for hosting performances and events. As a multidimensional platform, it can open its virtual doors to visitors from all over the world to either relax and meditate, explore the world, and enjoy live acts and performances that are occasionally hosted within the installation itself. Proto-machine sculptures are installed throughout the place, taking care of the environment. The unusual structure of the place allows us to explore the AvantGarden at its core, jump and fall, walk on planes of unusual shapes, and fall into the depths of endless space to eventually re-spawn and be granted a new beginning each time. Datawave and avatars

Fresh for the oven 〰️➕🔘➖⚫◻️◾▫️🔲➗🔳🕳️⬜◼️▪️✖️⚪⬛➕〰️ I was totally focused on this for a while-incredibly happy with the updates to Ultramono HQs in Second Life and VRChat and my avatars on both platforms. Going back to my good old white household appliances aesthetic of reduced geometric lines and highly polished surfaces of electronic devices. White as the most dominant color was present in some of the older projects as well like Carboflora and SPhere3, where the absence of color was there to underline sharpness and intensity of form, while here with highly polished, lacquered surfaces we have references to futuristic ideas of humanoid robots, androids and everything in between those and traditional yet futuristic household appliances. VRChat avatars are my edits of the wonderful Kuroyu bases, Second Life avatars are assembled from many different customized parts the SL marketplace and edited in the last few months.

DataSTreAm LoGs and ART+RAVE

First showcase of DataSTreAm LoGs that happend last night was a blast!

This sensory multimedia riot of digital paintings, 3D renders and video camera filters was presented as digital images in (((ultramono))) 𝕗𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕖𝕣𝕝𝕒𝕓 𝒶𝓋𝒶𝓃𝓉𝑔𝒶𝓇𝒹𝑒𝓃 during 🧪👁️‍🗨️👾👁️🧠アート+レイブ⚗️⛲☀️😝 ART+RAVE event. With deep, hypnotic techno played by The VMP, Dora THH and myself.

DataStreAm LoGs & Digital Disco

DataStreAm LoGs & Digital Disco are ongoing series made of daily digital paintings/collages consisting of hand-drawn and sculpted elements, words and drawings, and stickers (Datastream Logs) plus the production of new series of audio works (Digital Disco). These stream-of-consciousness & desktop data works are like walls of clubs and bars where leftovers of doodles, posters, and stickers are tapestries and wallpapers where only if we zoom in we might discover very personal, important messages, and signs of moments that have happened. Digital Disco is assembled at the moment as probably an EP or maybe even a full-blown album of fast-paced techno infused with a lot of acid. These works are part of my ongoing research on rave culture. Special thanks to Xeno Raver for fantastic (+historical) textures that inspired many elements in Rave Temple in Second Life (developed simultaneously).

Join us for the special edition of ULTRAMONO ART+RAVE revealing new artworks from two ongoing series: Digital Disco and ｡🎀😝Đ₳₮₳₴₮ⱤɆ₳₥ ⱠØ₲₴😝🎀｡ presented in the virtual world as digital images and a series of more than 80 brand new stickers.

DataSTreAm LoGs is an ongoing and ever-growing collection of raw collages with empowering chants that embrace imperfections, the initial energy of ideas, and celebrate the beauty of the chaos.

This sensory riot is a rebellious frenzy series of ongoing multimedia collages with quick and dirty daily sketches, cutouts, mood boards, stickers and automatic writing giving alternative insight into desktop operations of the DIY attitude behind the AvantGarden project. It is a cyberpunk, acid graphics meet selfies collage chaos with chants, daily notes, mashup sketches, and digital riot doodles.
